      <image:caption>I collaborated with Product, Marketing and our UX researcher to identify assumptions we wanted to test and created the methodology and discussion guide for this study. We picked a F2F moderated testing methodology. It meant helping out in getting the experience localised and evaluated by a variety of users from around the Globe (Japan, US, Canada, Germany, Italy and other territories). I had the chance to fly out to various territories such as Japan and Brazil and oversee the testing sessions, giving feedback and ensuring the testing ran smoothly.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Sports module redesign: The original module couldn’t even fit in the presentation due to amount of copy. We collaborated very closely with with marketing &amp; our local copywriters to come up with an optimised copy, The logos were also extremely huge and appeared like tappable elements even though they were simple static images. Usability testings highlighted the frustration of users at trying to tap something that wasn’t. In the new version the logos were optimised for mobile, we also added a logic to display a certain amount of logos and hide the rest under a ‘View all’. The heatmap highlighted how less users were tapping on each individual logos as well as engagement on the ‘View all’ action.</image:caption>

We collaborated with marketing to come up with stronger and shorter copy, I also highlighted the price point and the possibility to cancel anytime the subscription (reassuring users and making them commit) as well as including an additional entry point to the sign up funnel. This variant tested pretty well and we noticed lots of new users tapping on the CTA.</image:caption>

Users’ feedback and data was considered.       <image:caption>Devices module redesign - Stating clearly which devices are supported is especially important for an online streaming service. On the left there’s the module I had to start with, suffice to say initial feedback from users wasn’t great, wasn’t optimised for mobile and with the lack of information, users kept wandering around the site trying to find which devices/OS they could watch DAZN on, which led them to churn. The new mobile tab module allows for more copy as well as optimising the space. When testing this, we noticed a lot of increase in the engagement.</image:caption>
